What does the integration allow?
CartonCloud is integrated with BigCommerce allowing orders created in BigCommerce to automatically flow into CartonCloud as Sale Orders.
Pulling Sale Orders from BigCommerce into CartonCloud

This is a one-way integration in which a new order in BigCommerce creates a new Sale Order within CartonCloud. It transfers the delivery address, reference, and all of the ordered items.
The integration is designed to be flexible with the option to include some additional custom fields that can be pushed through from BigCommerce. Additionally, we can configure rules to control which orders within BigCommerce should be transferred to CartonCloud (so not everything goes through and you have control over which are transferred).
Updating Orders as shipped in BigCommerce

This is a two-way integration in which orders that have originated from BigCommerce will then be marked as shipped once the CartonCloud Sale Order has reached a chosen status (Packed or Dispatched).
Additionally, if Shippit or StarShipit is also integrated with your CartonCloud account, then tracking numbers can also be returned to BigCommerce.
Update Inventory Levels in BigCommerce
As an optional extra, an automatic processor can be built to send stock on hand information back to BigCommerce. This requires the BigCommerce store to install and configure the stock-sync plugin.

BigCommerce Integration Requirements
To successfully integrate CartonCloud with a BigCommerce store we first require some additional information as outlined below.
From the CartonCloud 3PL
To integrate CartonCloud with your customer's BigCommerce store we require the following to be sent before we begin the build,
One-Way Integration

The Customer must be set up in CartonCloud

The Customer must have some Products set up. Having this ready before we complete the build allows for a smooth testing process.

CartonCloud Product Codes must align with the customer's SKU codes in BigCommerce. This is so the system knows which products to add on orders

Please confirm whether a POD should be sent to the end receiver or not (if an email address is supplied in BigCommerce).
Two-Way Integration

If you have chosen to have a 2-way integration, please also confirm at which stage you would us to mark the order shipped in BigCommerce. We can use either of the statuses of Packed or Dispatched. Please note the 'Packed' status can only be used for orders which do not have tracking information sent back.

If we are sending tracking information back to BigCommerce, please let us know the list of carriers that might be used. This is so we can map those carriers to the specific carrier code accepted by the BigCommerce API.
From the BigCommerce Store Owner
To integrate your BigCommerce account with CartonCloud, we require the following to be set before we begin the build,
One-Way and Two-Way Integration
A one-way integration is having orders flow in from BigCommerce to CartonCloud only.

Complete and submit a CartonCloud Integrations Request Form.

A store API account must be set up for CartonCloud. The BigCommerce website provides instructions to assist with this process.

Once the API account is set up, we require the following to be sent through in copied text format (not a screenshot).

3 or more paid, unfulfilled orders within BigCommerce for us to use as test data during set-up. These can be real or test orders for mapping purposes

The trigger you would like us to set. This will determine when an order is sent to CartonCloud. For example: Once a BigCommerce order is placed and or once a BigCommerce order is placed and in a paid status.

If only specific orders or products should be sent to CartonCloud, such as orders going to a particular state. Please let us know these conditions with as much detail provided as possible.

If orders will be going to addresses outside of Australia please let us know.

An email address where we can send notifications, in the event that an order does not make it to CartonCloud.
