Purpose

To add a comment to a Purchase Order through the web app for users (excluding customers) to view (on the web app). 

Benefits

  • To record important information against the Purchase Order. 
  • To communicate key information in relation to the Purchase Order with other users. 

How to add a comment to a Purchase Order

  • Navigate to the Purchase Order page, Warehouse>Purchase Orders.
  • Select the Purchase Order you wish to add the comment to.
  • Select the Comments tab. 

  • Select Add comment

  • Enter the comment and click Submit

  • This comment can now be viewed against the Purchase Order on the web app by other users (excluding customers).
