To update the warehouse settings against your customers in bulk there is an option available via the Customer List page to export all of your customers' warehouse settings to a CSV file, which you can then open in excel, modify and then import the updates back into CartonCloud. This can be very useful when you want to change a warehouse setting across some or all of your customers in bulk. 


To export the file, click on Contacts > Customers then click the Related button, and select Export Customer TMS Settings.

A CSV file will be downloaded. Once downloaded, open the CSV and make changes to the relevant settings that you wish to update.

Once changes are made to the CSV file, ensure you Save it before proceeding further

To import the file back into CartonCloud, click the Related button again and select Import Customer TMS Settings, select the updated file and your Customer settings will be updated.
