The Add Warehouse page will allow you to create a new Warehouse in your CartonCloud tenancy with its own Address, Warehouse Locations and Stock. It is also possible to automate deliveries leaving this warehouse to be allocated to a designated Delivery Run.

Activating additional warehouses will incur additional charges. Please contact accounts@cartoncloud.com.au for further information.

To get to the Add Warehouse page, navigate to the Warehouses page by typing "Warehouses" in the Search for anything! bar. Once there, select +Add Warehouse.

To add a new Warehouse, complete the fields on the page as required. Descriptions of the fields are provided below.

FieldDescription
NameThe name you wish to give to the warehouse. We suggest using its Suburb or City name.
Delivery Run Allocate OptionsUse Postcode / Suburb to allocate the delivery or select Use default delivery run if you want all deliveries leaving the warehouse to be allocated to the same delivery run, every time.
AddressThe address of the warehouse. This field affects the behaviour of other features in CartonCloud, so be sure it's correct.
Pickup Delivery RunUsually set as "Pickup from Warehouse". This is the default delivery run that a consignment marked as Pick up goes to.
Active

Allows you to set if the Warehouse is currently in use or not. Unticking this field means you will not be able to use the warehouse.

Once completed, click Save and a Success! New Warehouse saved! banner will appear in the browser. You will now see the new Warehouse in the list of Warehouses.

You can now change to operate within that warehouse using the drop-down menu at the top right of the browser.
