Wave Pick List

The Wave Pick List displays all Wave Picks for the current warehouse (see Switch Warehouse for information on how to change the current warehouse).

The information displayed includes:

• Number of Sale Orders in Wave Pick & Type Indicated by Colour
• Wave Pick Name
• Customer Name or Run Sheet Name
• Wave Pick Id
• Percentage Completed (Packing Progress): A packing progress circle will be displayed, showing the packing progress of the Wave Pick's products as a percentage of the overall number of products to pack.

Refresh Wave Picks

There are two ways to refresh the Wave Pick List from the server. Either swipe down while viewing the list (iOS only) or use the Refresh Wave Picks button in the menu.

Wave Pick Type

There are three types of Wave Picks: Bulk, Split and Combination.

When viewing the Wave Pick list the Wave Pick's Process type is displayed in a red box.

As Split Picks separate Picking and Packing, they contain an extra progress circle to track each.

Wave Pick Information

Search Wave Picks

To search the Wave Picks List, tap onto the search bar on top of the list and start typing your search terms such as the Customer or Run Sheet name. The list will be immediately filtered to fit your search text and matching text within the list rows will be highlighted in red.

Search Criteria

Currently, the list search allows you to search for matching text in:

• Wave Pick Name
• Wave Pick Customer Name
• Wave Pick Run Sheet Name
• Wave Pick Id

Separate by Customer Name

Should you prefer the Wave Pick List to be separated into sections by customer name, simply select the Filter button in the top navigation bar and activate the "Split by customer names" option and select the "Apply" button to confirm your selection. You will notice the list has now been updated to reflect your setting.
