CartonCloud is integrated with Shopify allowing orders created in Shopify to automatically flow into CartonCloud as Sale Orders.
What does the integration allow?
Pulling Sale Orders from Shopify into CartonCloud
This is a one-way integration in which a new order in Shopify creates a new Sale Order within CartonCloud. It transfers the delivery address, reference, and all of the ordered items.
The integration is designed to be flexible with the ability to include additional information from Shopify (such as order value) and map them to Custom Fields in CartonCloud.
Additionally, we can configure rules to control which orders within Shopify should be transferred to CartonCloud, for example, only orders going to a specified state.
Updating Orders as fulfilled in Shopify
This is a two-way integration in which orders that have originated from Shopify will then be marked as fulfilled once the CartonCloud Sale Order has reached a chosen status (Packed or Dispatched).
Update Inventory Levels in Shopify
As an optional extra, an automatic processor can be built to send stock on hand information back to Shopify. This requires the Shopify store to install and configure the stock-sync plugin.
