CartonCloud does not connect to Reckon directly the way it does for MYOB and Xero. Currently, an instance of Reckon configuration is created in CartonCloud to export Reckon readable files from CartonCloud.
To create Reckon configurations in CartonCloud
Navigate to the Organisation Settings, More>Organisation Settings.
Select the Invoice tab.
Click on the Connect to Reckon button.
CartonCloud will navigate back to the default tab, so you will need to select the Invoice tab again.
A new Configuration row will appear for Reckon.
Click Modify Settings to configure various fields for Reckon.
Make sure the name and character case (upper/lower) for the fields are the same as in the Reckon application.
