This guide explains how to print Invoices / Documents saved against a Sale Order, typically to include with the goods being pick / packed.

There are a few different options to print these:

-
-
Or by highlighting certain Sale Orders using the select box and choosing Download Invoices to only print those selected ones. Ticking the select box of the first Sale Order, then holding the Shift key and ticking the last desired Sale Order is an easy way to select in bulk.

-
-
This then produces a Zip file containing all the Invoices / Documents to be printed out. This can be extracted to a folder to be saved, or extracted and printed. Or simply moved into a printing system (see Print Conductor below). Looks like this:

Print in bulk programs - e.g. Print Conductor.
Step 1. Please download Print Conductor, this allows bulk printing of files easily. https://www.print-conductor.com/download
Step 2. Install it.
Step 3. Open it, setup the printer if required. If you have 2 screens even better; then drag from the Zip File (click the top file, hold shift and click the bottom file to select them all in bulk) to the Print Conductor screen and hit print. It'll go through and print them all, then at the end when done you click OK and it removes them all again ready for next time. Nice and fast to download and print lots of them all in 1 go. If you get tricky too, you can automate folders, so anything saved into that folder automatically prints, that's another way of doing it.
