Via the Web Interface
Most files can be imported via Email, however there are times when you may need to import using the web interface.
Doing so is easy, simply click the Upload File button on the Top Menu
Then on the page that appears select the correct type of file (Manifest, Sale Order, Purchase Order, etc).
Select the File you want to upload, then click 'Upload'
You can also use FTP (File Transfer Protocol) to upload files to be imported.
What you need
You will first need to contact CartonCloud to have an FTP account created. CartonCloud will provide you with a unique username and password that you will use to connect.
You will also need an FTP application. We recommend Cyberduck for both Windows and MacOS (also available in the App Store). The download links are below the rubber duck, on the left. This article will assume that you are using Cyberduck, however the process is very similar for other FTP applications.
Connecting and Uploading
|Once you've installed Cyberduck, run it. You'll be greeted with this screen:|
|Click the Open Connection button at the top left, and fill out the details as show here (replace the username and password with your own):|
|Once you're connected, you can drag your files into the window to upload them. You can select and drag as many files as you like at the same time.|
|You'll see a transfer progress as they are copied. Once the transfer completes, you're done!|
