You will find yourself working for a rapidly growing software company with a technology offering that is unique and proven, pioneering cloud-based SaaS simplicity in the warehouse and transport industry. With an increasingly mature warehouse and transport management system, the technology is positioned to capture a dominant market position in Australia & New Zealand. The right individual is required to focus on targeted outbound sales to capitalise on this opportunity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a given, although the applicant will also be street smart, and well equipped to tactfully guide conversations from prospecting to closure through understanding requirements and building value rather than the traditional “hard sell”.
Experience selling and demonstrating software products is a must, however a background in logistics or supply chain is not required (but it is a bonus!). We’ll back you to get up to speed if you’ve got a logical brain and a willingness to learn - and we’ll help you get there at lightspeed. You’ve got a proven track record of delivering sales success, but you already knew that because you’re a seasoned pro at closing deals.
You are an independent worker, however also a great team player. We are a small team, so we work together closely and our team culture is highly important to us. You will need to be prepared to do occasional travel as the business grows. A sense of humour would be an added bonus!
