CartonCloud is integrated with StarShipIt via their API allowing Sale Orders picked in the CartonCloud WMS to be automatically transferred into the StarShipIt shipping aggregator.

What does the integration allow?
Pushing Sale Orders from CartonCloud into
StarShipItStarShipIT. It transfers the delivery address, sales order items with the respective weights and creates the shipment record within StarShiStarShipIT.This is a one-way integration in which a CartonCloud Sale Order creates a shipment within
You can then confirm the packaging to match with your preferred carrier and generate the labels from within StarShipItStarShipIT.
This integration is designed to be flexible, with the option to include some additional custom fields that can be mapped to fields within StarShipItStarShipIT. Additionally you have a choice of when the shipment is created for example once the order is packed or dispatched.
How to get connected
Connections to StarShipIt StarShipIT need to be configured by the CartonCloud team.
This integration requires you to have:
- A StarShipIt StarShipIT Account
- Your StarShipIt StarShipIT API Key
- At least one Carrier Account
To get this setup, please contact your on-boarding consultant or our support team.
- One-off setup fee of $360 for connecting CartonCloud to StarShipItStarShipIT. (includes setting up the rules you want etc).
- Per-week connection fee of $4.60 for the integration
