XERO: 403 - AuthenticationUnsuccessful Error

The error message
When uploading an invoice to Xero you are met with the following error - From XERO: 403 - AuthenticationUnsuccessful .
Reasons for why the error has occurred
This error means that the Xero and CartonCloud connection is no longer authenticated. This could have occurred because the user who set up the connection is no longer an active user.
How to resolve the error
To resolve the error you will need to disconnect and then reconnect the connection. To do this you will need to:
- Navigate to Organisation Settings > Invoice.
- Against the Xero connection that is producing the error, click the Disconnect from Xero button. Do not click the Delete button.
- You will then need to reconnect the connection and log back in again to Xero - Xero Accounting Connector (Invoicing)
