Integration requirements 

If you have decided you would like to integrate CartonCloud with WooCommerce, we require you to send through an integration request via CartonCloud Help with the below information. Pricing will be provided upon sending through your request.

Requirements from the CartonCloud Tenant (the 3PL, owner of the CartonCloud account)

  • The customer must be set up in CartonCloud. 

  • The customer must have Products set up and the SKU codes must match the ones set up in WooCommerce. Having this completed before building the integration allows for a smooth testing process.

  • If using the TMS module, confirmation on whether a POD should be sent to the end receiver or not (if an email address is supplied in WooCommerce). 

  • If building a two way integration, confirmation on which stage you would like the order to be mark fulfilled in WooCommerce. This can be either the status of Packed or Dispatched

Requirements from the WooCommerce account holder

  • Complete and submit a CartonCloud Integrations Request Form

  • Please provide and confirm:

    • A user account login for integrations@cartoncloud.com for the WooCommerce account with and Administrator role. This is to authenticate the integration. 

    • A paid WooCommerce Zapier Plugin (not a Zapier account, just the plugin for WooCommerce).

    • The WooCommerce store URL.

    • If only specific orders should be sent to CartonCloud, such as orders going to a particular state. 

    • If orders will be going to addresses outside of Australia. 

    • An email address where notifications can be sent if there is an error and the order does not successfully import to CartonCloud. 

    • Disable reCaptcha authentication for login to WooCommerce in order for us to establish the connection.

Please note that the above requirements are for a standard integration. Additional costs can apply for requirements which involve product bundles and variants, and custom filtering of orders and non-pickable products, so please advise if any of these apply to your store.
