Integration requirements

If you have decided you would like to integrate CartonCloud with Unleashed, we require you to send through a integration request via CartonCloud Help with the below information.

 

Pricing will be provided upon sending through your request. 

Requirements from the CartonCloud Tenant (the 3PL, owner of the CartonCloud account) 

  • The customer the integration is for must be set up in CartonCloud
  • The customer must have products set up and the product codes must align with the customer’s product codes in Unleashed.
  • Please confirm:
    • If a POD should be sent to the end receiver or not (if an email is supplied in Unleashed)
    • If a two way integration, which status (Packed or Dispatched) in CartonCloud will be the trigger for the Unleashed order to be marked as completed.

 

Requirements from the Unleashed account holder

  • Complete and submit a CartonCloud Integrations Request Form.
  • The Unleashed API key and API ID which can be found under the Unleashed API access menu.
  • Please confirm the order status trigger of when you would like an order to be sent to CartonCloud: Placed or Completed.
  • Have at least three orders (real or sample data) within the account sitting in the status specified for us to use for mapping during set up
  • Please let us know if you are using Charges inside Unleashed. These come through the integration as line items and require us to build extra logic to handle.
  • If orders will be going to addresses outside of Australia please let us know.
  • An email address where we can send notifications to, in the event there is an error and the order fails to send to CartonCloud
  • Please mention to our integration consultant if you offer your customers back orders.
  • Please let us know if you require your Unleashed invoices to be attached to the CartonCloud orders.
