Integration requirements

If you have decided you would like to integrate CartonCloud with Starshipit, we require you to send through a integration request via CartonCloud Help with the below information. Pricing will be provided upon sending through your request.

Requirements from the CartonCloud Tenant (the 3PL, owner of the CartonCloud account)

• The trigger that will determine when a order is sent from CartonCloud to Starshipit. For example, when a Sale Order reaches a status of packed or dispatched.
• If only specific orders should be sent to Starshipit, such as orders going to a particular state.

Requirements from the Starshipit account holder

• Complete and submit a CartonCloud Integrations Request Form.
• Your Starshipit API Key
• If only specific orders should be sent to Starshipit, such as orders going to a particular state
