Integration requirements
If you have decided you would like to integrate CartonCloud with SAP, we require you to send through a integration request via CartonCloud Help with the below information and one of our Integration Consultants will be in contact to arrange a scoping meeting.
Depending on complexity and availability of all parties, SAP integration projects can take between 2 - 5 months including scoping, analysis and mapping documentation, configuration and build, systems integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing, Go-Live migration and support.
Pricing will be provided upon sending through your request and after the initial scoping call.
Requirements from the CartonCloud Tenant (the 3PL, owner of the CartonCloud account)
- The customer the integration is for must be set up in CartonCloud
- Product attributes (Dangerous Goods, Temperate Controlled, Foodstuff, Fragile/sensitive, Apparel)
- Product tracking requirements (Batch, Lot, Manufacture, Expiry Date, Serial Numbers)
- Known / current workflows (Receiving, Picking, Returns, Re-works, Kitting, Damages)
Requirements from the SAP account holder
- Complete and submit a CartonCloud Integrations Request Form.
- SAP version (SAP, ERP, SAP B1, SAP S/4 HANA)
- Message framework (iDoc (xml), Edifact, X12, Custom xml, csv)
- Specifications for messages
- Sample files
- Contact details for the customer's in-house / SAP partner specialist (name, email)
