Purpose

This guide will provide clarity on the Sale Order Date fields shown on the Sale Order screen and explain the difference between an "Expected" Ship Date and a "Requested" Ship Date.

Sale Order Date Field Explanation
Date Added This is the date and time that the Sale Order was entered into Carton Cloud
Ship Date

This is the expected or requested delivery date of the Sale Order

  • (Expected) The "Ship Date" is populated using Expected Delivery Runs next delivery date.
  • (Requested) The "Ship Date" is populated using the date specifically requested by the Customer when the Sale Order was entered
Date Packed This is the date and time that the Sale Order was marked Packed in Carton Cloud
Date Dispatched This is the date and time that the Sale Order was marked as Dispatched in Carton Cloud
