Purpose
The Print Log screen gives a history of all attempted print jobs. This allows you to troubleshoot why jobs may have not printed or to verify jobs were printed successfully. In addition, you can configure printers from this page.
How to use the Print Log screen
Attempted print jobs will show on this page with the below information:
| Column heading | Description |

| PrintJob Id | The Id reference of the print job |
| Created | The data the print job was created |
| Title | Title of the document being printed |
| Entity | The entity in CartonCloud the job is being printed from. |
| Printer | The printer being utilised for the print job and the status of the printer when the computer was last connected.

| Computer | The computer being utilised for the print job and the status of the computer if it is connected to CartonCloud Connect:
|
| Warehouse | The warehouse that the print job was generated from |
| State | The status of the print job e.g done |
Understanding computer and printer status
The below combinations of computer and printer status will help you when trying to troubleshoot printing issues:
| Computer status | Printer status | What does this mean | Steps to resolve |
| Connected | Online | The computer is connected to CartonCloud Connect and the printer is online | Print jobs should be printing as expected. If they are not please see Troubleshooting Printing for troubleshooting steps |
| Offline | Online | The computer is not currently connected to CartonCloud Connect and the last time it was connected, the printer was online. | Print jobs will NOT be printing as the computer needs to be connected to CartonCloud Connect. See Printing from CartonCloud (Printer Setup) to connect your printer. |
| Connected | Offline | The computer is connected to CartonCloud Connect and the printer is offline. | Print jobs will NOT be printing as even though the computer is connected to CartonCloud Connect, the printer is offline. Ensure the printer is turned on and is connected to the computer that is connected to CartonCloud Connect (the one mentioned in the print job). |
| Offline | Offline | The computer is not connected to CartonCloud Connect and the last time it was connected the printer was online. | Print jobs will NOT be printing as the computer is not connected to CartonCloud Connect and the printer is offline. Ensure the computer is connected to CartonCloud Connect, see Printing from CartonCloud (Printer Setup). And that the printer is turned on and connected to the mentioned computer. |
Configure Printers
By clicking the 'Configure Printers' button you can view all configured printers for this tenancy and configure new printers. You can configure printers for certain Customers, Model (entity in CartonCloud), User, Type and Print Format. See Configuring Multiple Printers and Printing from CartonCloud (Printer Setup) for more information.
