Rate Limiting in the CartonCloud Web Application

Background
Rate limiting controls how often a single user can use the system. For you, this means how often you can load new pages with the CartonCloud Web Application.
Why we use Rate Limiting
Rate limiting is a way to manage high traffic and make sure no one user (or system) unintentionally slows things down for others.
Implementing Rate Limiting is aimed at ensuring all users get a fast, reliable experience when using the Web Application.
What it means for you
For users using the system as intended, rate limiting should have no impact on normal operation. However, if you do exceed the limit, you'll see this message:
403 Error: "Whoa there! You're sending requests a bit too quickly. Please wait a moment and try again."
If this happens:

Wait 60 seconds, then try again. The page you are attempting to access should load successfully
