Becoming familiar with CartonCloud's interface will help in ensuring a smooth onboarding process. As you use CartonCloud more, naturally you will become more familiar with the user interface, however, until then you can use the below video to assist you in the initial stages of using CartonCloud.

Search for anything!
In CartonCloud, you can use our global search tool to search for anything. This means Menu's, references and much more. Some examples of this include; Consignments, Sale Orders, Purchase Orders and Addresses.The Search for Anything bar is only visible to Administrator and Customer Users.
The Search Box appears up the top next to your Organisation name:
Refine your Results:
You can also refine your search to a particular 'type', using keywords:
Address
Consignment
Customer
Delivery
Delivery Run
Manifest
Product
Purchase Order
Sale Order
User
Warehouse Location
For example, to search Consignments going to IGA Burleigh Heads:
