Merging or deleting Delivery Runs

Be careful, merging Delivery Runs cannot be undone.

  • Delivery Runs cannot be deleted directly as they may be associated with existing data from Consignments and Delivery Zones.
  • Instead, to get rid of a Delivery Run you will need to "merge" it into another Delivery Run - This will update all data belonging to the old old Delivery Run and link it to the merged Delivery Run instead.
  • To merge a Delivery Run begin by selecting Transport in the main menu, followed by Delivery Runs in the drop-down menu.
  • Select the All tab and find the Delivery Run you wish to merge.
  • Then go to the Details tab within the Delivery Run and click the Merge Delivery Run button:
  • Select the Delivery Run you wish to merge it with (which will continue to exist).
  • Finally, click Save and the two Delivery Runs will be merged into the target Delivery Run.
