Integration Requirements
If you have decided you would like to integrate CartonCloud with Machship, we require you to send through an integration request via CartonCloud Help with the below information.
Pricing will be provided upon sending through your request.
Requirements from the CartonCloud Tenant (the 3PL owner of the CartonCloud account)
- The customer the integration is for must be set up in CartonCloud
- The customer must have products set up and the product codes must align with the customer’s product codes in Machship.
- The trigger to determine that an order is sent to Machship. For example, when a Sale Order reaches the status of Packed or Dispatched.
- Before labels are printed, do Consignments need to be pending unmanifested or manifested.
- Will the Consignment or Sale Order in CartonCloud drive the creation of the Consignment in Machship.
- The trigger to determine that an order is sent to Machship. For example, when a Sale Order reaches the status of Packed or Dispatched, or when a Consignment reaches 'In Warehouse'.
Requirements from the Machship account holder
- Complete and submit a CartonCloud Integrations Request Form.
- Please confirm:
- If only specific orders should be sent to Machship, such as orders going to a particular state
- If there will be a need for overpacking
- If there might be Dangerous Goods
- If there is a need for labels and/or Consignment Notes printed from CartonCloud or if this will be done out of Machship
- How much work is expected to be done in Machship (e.g % of Consignments to be edited in Machship - 0 - 100%)
- If the addresses will be commercial or residential and how authority to leave is managed (if utilised)
- If the trigger will be on a status change or a button (or buttons for re-requesting/reprinting)
- What information is required from Machship back into CartonCloud
