Standard Parsers

Parser Name Parser Type  Description   
Bulk Product Importer Product Allows a file type to be read into CartonCloud, which will create a Product in the system.  

Consignment Items Import Parser

*Please note this Parser DOES not support Return and Pickup + Delivery Consignments

 Consignment With Items
  • Create multiple Consignments, over multiple Customers, using zero or many Manifests. 
  • Update existing Consignments for changes that have been made after the original Consignment was imported. See Updating Consignments via Parser for more information. 
  • Import the Consignments into CartonCloud with the allocation information from another  system (if using an allocation system) CartonCloud will then create the Run Sheets and allocation to match
  

CSV Manifest with Consignment Items

 Manifest With Consignment Items Import Manifests into CartonCloud. This parser is a basic template which includes all possible fields. It is recommended if you would prefer a user friendly format for your customers that you use the Standard Manifest Booking Form with Drop Downs.

CSV Sale Order Parser

 Sale Order  Import Sale Orders into CartonCloud  
POD Parser - QR Code Consignment Invoice  To receive signed PODs from onforwarders/carriers provided the signed documents contain a QR code overlay. See Using QR codes to automatically attach a POD to a Consignment for more information.   
Standard Consignment Items Parser XLS Consignment With Items Import Consignments into CartonCloud. This parser allows for different pick up and delivery addresses for each consignment   
Standard Manifest Booking Form with Drop Downs Manifest With Consignment Items  Import Manifests with Consignment Items into CartonCloud. This Parser uses a user friendly template with drop down options making the Consignment booking process easier for your customers. 

Note: this template only allows for one pickup location for all Consignments on the Manifest.
