Import CartonCloud Invoices into Reckon Accounts (Hosted)

Purpose

CartonCloud has functionality to allow you to export invoice files from the system and import directly into your Reckon Accounts (Hosted) application.

How to steps 

  • Navigate to the Invoices page by selecting More > Invoices.
  • Select the invoices you wish to export.
  • Click Export as > Reckon Importable Format. 
  • The file will be created with the extension of .iif
  • Navigate to Reckon.
  • Select the toolbox icon on the right-hand side of the screen. 
  • Click Upload files and select the CartonCloud export file. 
  • This uploads the file into the hosted Reckon drive. 
  • Within Reckon go to the File Tab dropdown > Utilities > Import > IIF Files.
  • Select the latest invoice and open. 
  • The file uploads, and invoices are created and an import confirmation pop-up is shown.
