Purpose

There are a number of things which can cause CartonCloud to create a Charge Error for your Consignment. This guide provides a process for working through and clearing the Income Charge Errors in a way that corrects the system so the same charge error will not occur next time.

Consignment Charge Error Report

This report provides bulk information about which Consignments have Charge Errors. It can be run from within the Invoices screen.
