How to rearrange and set a default Service Type

When manually entering consignments it is possible to make the task slightly easier by rearranging your service types from most used to least used.

Alternatively, if you regularly use the same service type it can be set as the default, removing the need to select it each time.

To navigate to the Custom Fields page, type Custom Fields into the Search for anything bar.
Select the Consignment Data tab
Select the pencil icon button next to the "Service" custom field to be able to edit it
You can now rearrange the drop-down fields as required

To set a default service type, use the Default field drop-down to select which service should be populated by default when a consignment is created.
Once the fields have been re-arranged select Save.

The order or default value you have selected will now be reflected in the Add Consignment page.
