What are the Guided CartonCloud Set Up Videos?

The CartonCloud set up videos have been designed and created to assist users in setting up their CartonCloud accounts successfully and ensure they maximise the benefits CartonCloud can offer. There are a number of different video series. The series you watch will depend on what stage of set up you are in and if you are using the Transport, Warehouse or both systems.

 

How do you use the Guided CartonCloud Set Up Videos?

There are two options when following the CartonCloud Set Up Videos. You can either:

  1. Follow the YouTube Playlist - each video series is on our YouTube channel. The playlist will play each video, one after the other. 
  2. Follow on the Knowledge Base page - the page lists each video with the corresponding Knowledge Base pages for that particular video.

Series Description Who should use this series?

Basic Warehouse Set Up

 This series will step through how to set up your account for WMS. You will cover all the basic Warehouse concepts and ensure you are ready to start using CartonCloud.
  • First time user of CartonCloud (new employee or CartonCloud has just launched in your organisation)
  • Your CartonCloud account has just been created. 
  • You need to refresh on some of the key WMS concepts 

Basic Transport Set Up

 This series will step through how to set up your account for TMS. You will cover all the basic Transport concepts and ensure you are ready to start using CartonCloud.
  • First time user of CartonCloud (new employee or CartonCloud has just launched in your organisation)
  • Your CartonCloud account has just been created. 
  • You need to refresh on some of the key TMS concepts 

Transport Charging

This series will explain the different rating methods you can utilise to charge your customers. It will help you set up your first Rate Card and ensure you are charging customers correctly and maximising revenue potential. 
  • First time user of CartonCloud (new employee or CartonCloud has just launched in your organisation)
  • Your CartonCloud account has just been created (and you have already completed the TMS Basic Setup Series)
  • You are responsible for invoicing at your company 

Warehouse Charging

This video will explain the different warehouse rating methods you can utilise to charge your customers. 

Please note that this video was produced on V1 of CartonCloud; therefore, Customer Charges refers to Rate Cards in V2 of the app. In addition, some charging methods have been made available since this video and can be found here for storage charges and here for handling charges.
