GoSweetSpot Integration

Table of Contents

Overview

GoSweetSpot is a freight management software and has the ability to integrate with CartonCloud.

What does the integration allow?

A CartonCloud Sale Order or Consignment creates a Consignment within GoSweetSpot

image2020-11-12_11-7-28.png

  • A one-way integration in which a CartonCloud Sale Order or Consignment creates  a Consignment within GoSweetSpot.
  • If created from a Sale Order in CartonCloud you can transfer the delivery address and items with respective weights to the Consignment record in GoSweetSpot.
  • If created from a Consignment in CartonCloud you can additionally transfer required dimensions, Dangerous Goods and other relevant information to the Consignment in GoSweetSpot.

Tracking information can be pulled from GoSweetSpot to CartonCloud

  • A two-way integration that allows for the Courier Tracking Number and Tracking URL to be pulled from GoSweetSpot back into the CartonCloud Sale Order or Consignment.
  • Tracking details can then be sent to other applications such as Shopify when marking orders as fulfilled.
  • GoSweetSpot also allows Tracking Status, Shipping Cost, Residential and Rural Indicators to be pulled back into CartonCloud Consignments and Sale Orders.

Printing GoSweetSpot Labels

  • GoSweetSpot labels can be configured to print directly from within CartonCloud.
  • Printing of labels can occur automatically be selecting an order or Consignment status event such as when the order is marked as packed or by clicking a Custom Buttons. This limits the need to continually switch between applications when packing an order.

What you need to get started

  • The customer must be created in CartonCloud with products set up (product codes should match the product codes set up in GoSweetSpot).
  • Your customer requires a GoSweetSpot account.
  • Dangerous Good parameters will need to be set up (have a chat with our Onboarding or Business Analyst who can advise).

Next steps to get connected

  • Read the GoSweetSpot Requirements.

  • Send an integration request via a New Ticket (with the requirements included - the more information regarding the listed requirements the better!). The team will provide you with a quote upon sending through your request.
