Finding and Downloading a POD

Purpose

With CartonCloud, you can download a POD any time you like online. 


How to download a POD

  • To begin, click on Transport in the main menu followed by Consignments in the drop-down menu, then use the Search for a Consignment bar to start typing in your reference number.
  • You can scroll up and down through the list and once you have found the consignment you want, simply click on it.
  • Now on the View Consignment page, select Download POD
  • Then, on the page that loads, click the Download POD button.
  • The POD will then download to your PC

Want to receive PODs via Email when they’re delivered?

You can receive an email notification for a POD (Proof of Delivery) as soon as a consignment is marked "Delivered." To set this up, you need to enable POD email notifications in your customer’s settings. Here’s how:

  • Go to Contacts > Customers and select the relevant customer.
  • Edit the customer, then navigate to the Email Notifications settings.
  • Enable the option to send POD emails upon consignment delivery.
  • Enter the email address(es) where you want the POD notifications sent.

This will ensure an automated email with the POD is sent when the consignment is delivered.
