Deactivating/Reactivating Customers

Purpose

In CartonCloud you have the ability to deactivate Customers. There is no option to delete a Customer, only deactivate. 

Once you have deactivated a Customer you have the option to reactivate them. 


How to deactivate a customer

  • Navigate to Customers, Contacts>Customers.
  • Select the Customer you wish to deactivate. 
  • Select the yellow Deactivate button at the bottom of the screen. 

Once a customer is deactivated, CartonCloud keeps all of the history associated with the customer. This includes Sales Order, Purchase Order and Consignment Records, Product and Stock on Hand as well as the invoicing history. 
 

How to reactivate a customer

  • Navigate to Customers, Contacts>Customers.
  • Select the Customer you wish to reactivate.
  • Select the yellow Reactivate button at the bottom of the screen.
