If enabled, invalid addresses will be accepted via API 
Allow invalid addresses via API 

Yes - with this enabled invalid addresses will be accepted via API. This means orders can be successfully imported when the state code or other address data is incorrect. The address will be constructed from the data provided. 

No - with this setting not enabled, orders will be rejected if the address fields are not filled in correctly. 

Self-Managed Integrations

Allow access to configure Self-Managed Integrations 

Enabled - allows the Customer to create their own Self-Managed Integrations. See Self-Managed Integrations for more information. 

Not enabled - Customers can not create their own Self-Managed Integrations


Address Settings

When parsing a Sale Order/Consignment which matches an existing address but either the Email or Telephone does not match

When parsing in a Sale Order or Consignment and the address exists in CartonCloud there are options for how the address is handled, in particular for Email and Telephone fields. The options for the setting include:

  • Don't import the Email and Telephone field changes: if the Email and Telephone field are different to the existing address the Email and Telephone field is not updated. 
  • Import the Email and Telephone field changes:  if the Email and Telephone field are different to the existing address the Email and Telephone field is updated with the latest changes from the order. 
  • Create a new address: if the Email and Telephone field are different to the existing address, create a new address in CartonCloud.
