Report overview 

The Consignment Report is a valuable report that provides insight into Consignment activity. It offers the ability to filter and display Consignments based on specific criteria, such as the order status. In addition, the Consignment Report allows for the creation of templates, which are pre-configured formats that can be applied when creating your report. 

How to create a Consignment Report

• Navigate to the Consignment Report, Reports>Consignment Report.
• Select how you wish to order the report from the Order By drop down
  • Consignment Reference
  • Date Added
  • Date Modified
  • Delivered Date
  • Delivery Run Date
• Select how you wish the report to be filtered from the Date Filter drop down
  • Date Added
  • Date Delivered
  • Date Modified
  • Delivery Run Date
  • Delivery Run Date or Date Delivered
• Select the Delivery Status you wish to include in the report from the drop down 
• You can then choose what fields you wish to be included in the report. The below table defines each field. 
• Click Show Report (show on the web page) or Export Excel (to export the report in an excel format).

For this report, the Report Template will also capture the Delivery Status and the Date Filter. When you switch between Report Templates these will update automatically. These are useful to set up as they greatly affect what the report displays.

Report Columns

Below are a list and description of all the fields that can be used in this report. For any that are custom fields (".. Custom Fields"), these will show all available custom fields in the report. Each custom field will have a separate header and appear in the order they were set up.
 

Consignment Item Fields

You can choose to display the Consignment Item fields of the Consignment. If you do this, each Consignment Item associated with the Consignment will show as an individual line.

Considerations when using Consignment Item fields

• If the Consignment has a Sale Order associated with it, the Sale Order fields will show as a new line below the Consignment Item lines (an astricts * will sign that the Consignment has a Sale Order associated with it).

• If using the Consignment Item Custom Fields, you can not select individual Custom Fields; therefore, all Custom Fields will be displayed. 

• When using Consignment Item Fields, load times for the report may increase. 

• If using Consignment Custom Fields, note that this field relates to the total Consignment, so it will not show line item details.
