Advanced Documents

Note: All accounts are able to trial Advanced Documents for free until April 2026. After this, only accounts with WMS Premium will maintain Advanced Documents, and all other accounts will switch to Essentials Documents.

Purpose
Documents allow mobile and web app users to attach images, video and comments to Purchase Orders as they are received and verified. This enables warehouse workers to provide photo (and video) evidence of received goods, highlighting issues such as damages, and selectively share these with customers. Documents is split into two tiers, Essentials (available in all WMS plans), and Advanced (available through Warehouse Premium).

Advanced Documents provides additional capability for higher resolution images, significantly increases the number of attachments per document, provides additional storage capacity and adds other timesaving enhancements.

Multi-photo mode
Multi-photo mode saves you time by allowing you to rapidly take multiple photos without having to close and reopen the camera.
Video Support
Like attaching Photos to documents, videos can also be taken and added to documents.
Image Metadata
When uploading an image to a Document on the web app, if date, time and location Metadata is available, it will show against the file.
