Adding/Removing Customer access to User Profiles
- In some instances, you may have a user that requires access to multiple customers that have been set up in CartonCloud.
- To make changes to a users profile follow the steps below.
- Select Customers in the main menu, followed by Users in the drop-down menu.
- Then select Edit.
- By clicking into the Customer Box, you can now add or remove the accessible customer's access as required.
- Also, check if charging information should or shouldn't be visible.
- Select Save and the changed will be applied immediately.
- If a user has access to multiple customer's they will now be able to select them as shown in the animation below (the top option is the selected tenancy, the bottom option is the selected Customer within that tenancy).
