Adding a comment to a Purchase Order

Purpose
To add a comment to a Purchase Order through the web app for users (excluding customers) to view (on the web app).
Benefits
- To record important information against the Purchase Order.
- To communicate key information in relation to the Purchase Order with other users.
How to add a comment to a Purchase Order
- Navigate to the Purchase Order page, Warehouse>Purchase Orders.
- Select the Purchase Order you wish to add the comment to.
- Select the Comments tab.
- Select Add comment.
- Enter the comment and click Submit.
This comment can now be viewed against the Purchase Order on the web app by other users (excluding customers).
