WooCommerce Integration

Overview 

WooCommerce is an e-commerce platform that has the ability to integrate with CartonCloud. 

 

What does the integration allow?

WooCommerce can create a Sale Order in CartonCloud 

  • Transfers the delivery address, reference and all of the ordered items.

  • Custom fields can be mapped to fields within WooCommerce. 

 

Making an order complete in WooCommerce 

  • Once the CartonCloud Sale Order has reached a chosen status (Packed or Dispatched) the order in WooCommerce will be marked as fulfilled. 

  • If Shippit or Starshipit is integrated with your CartonCloud account, then tracking numbers can also be returned to WooCommerce.

  • Your customer requires a WooCommerce account.
