For a driver to use CartonCloud (including the Mobile App) they must be set up as a User.
To set up a driver as a user, please follow the Creating or Inviting New Users article, ensuring you tick the Driver role within it.
Once completed, the Driver can then login to the Web App via the website https://app.cartoncloud.com.au/ or login to the Mobile App by downloading it through the Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android). We will cover CartonCloud Driver training in a future section.
This also now allows you to allocate Consignments to Drivers. Steps on how to allocate will also be covered in future sections of this guide.
It is also possible to allocate consignments on a Delivery Run automatically to a Driver upon the Consignments creation.
