After selecting a Wave Pick from the Wave Pick list & selecting the Pack option.

A list of Sale Orders contained within the Wave Pick is displayed. If a Sale Order has not yet been completely picked yet then it's pack percentage will not display and the packing process will be blocked until completely picked.
From there, the packing process follows the standard Sale Order Packing process as described in this article: Scan Picking Process
