Integration Requirements
If you have decided you would like to integrate CartonCloud with Cin7 Omni, we require you to send through an integration request via CartonCloud Help with the below information. Pricing will be provided upon sending through your request.
Requirements from the CartonCloud Tenant (the 3PL, owner of the CartonCloud account)
- The customer the integration is for must be set up in CartonCloud
- The customer must have products set up and the product codes must align with the customer’s product codes in Cin7 Omni.
- Please confirm:
- Invoices are to be attached to Sale Orders
- If a two way integration, which Sale Order status (Packed or Dispatched) in CartonCloud will be the trigger for the Cin7 Omni order to be marked as completed.
Requirements from the Cin7 Omni account holder
- Please advise the type(s) of integration(s) you would like to be provided. For example :
- Sales Orders - Direction 1 way ( Cin7 Omni to CartonCloud ) OR
- Sales Orders - Direction 2 way ( Cin7 Omni to CartonCloud to Cin7 Omni )
- Purchase Orders - Direction 1 way ( Cin7 Omni to CartonCloud ) OR
- Purchase Orders - Direction 2 way ( Cin7 Omni to CartonCloud to Cin7 Omni )
- Transfer Orders - Direction 1 way ( Cin7 Omni to CartonCloud ) OR
- Transfer Orders - Direction 2 way ( Cin7 Omni to CartonCloud to Cin7 Omni )
- Complete and submit a CartonCloud Integrations Request Form
- Contact the Cin7 Omni team:
- For new Cin7 Omni customers contact onboarding@Cin7 Omni.com

- For existing Cin7 Omni customers contact upgrades@Cin7 Omni.com and create a support ticket.
- If you need to filter by BranchID please let the Cin7 Omni team know
- If you have non-pickable items to be filtered out
- If you have Batch/Lot, Expiry Date, or Partial Fulfilment requirements let the Cin7 Omni team know
- Please advise your CartonCloud Tenant (the 3PL provider)
- To ensure all the SKUs to come from Ciin7 align with the product SKUs in CartonCloud
- If orders will be going to addresses outside of Australia
- An email address where notifications can be sent to if an order does not successfully import to CartonCloud
- Specify any specific requirements you have in detail
